The Secret to Improved Performance

When I made these adjustments to my workout “fuel” routine I increased my stamina, quickly recovered from muscle fatigue and met the day with full energy.  

I’ve worked out for many years and have tried out just about every fad and method of exercise that you could think of. I’ve run a marathon, did circuit weight training and even participated in a variety of “boot camp” type exercise classes.

What I’ve discovered is that it’s not so much what kind of workout routine you are engaged in but how you prepare your body for the specific

rigors of that particular workout.
